Egg Pulusu

Ingredients:
- 3 big onions
- 3 green
chillis
- coriander leaves
- seasoning ingredients
- ginger garlic paste
- tamarind juice
- 5 eggs
- 3
tomato's
- salt to taste

chilli powder
Preparation :

1) Heat oil and
mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad daal, curry leaves,ginger garlic paste and fry for few mins .

2) Add onions to it and fry till gold colour. Add
tomato's cut in to small pieces, tamarind juice and add some water .

3) Let them boil for 10
mins then add Coriander powder and chili powder.

4) Add boiled eggs and egg
pulusu is ready to serve .
