Sunnunda




Ingredients:
. Whole urad dal
-3/4 cup
. Jaggery
 
-1/2 cup(I made powder)
. Cardamon powder
-1/2 tsp
. Ghee
-1/2 cup

Preparation:
1.Heat the pan and dry roast the whole urad dal on low heat till they turn very light brown in color.
2.Cool the Urad dal and grind to sand
like powder.
3.When done add jaggery powder to the whole powder and mix well.
4.Pour melted ghee to the urad dal-jaggery mixture and make them in to
medium balls.


Sunnunda sweet is ready to serve..
