Pudina Rice



Ingredients:


. 1 Cup rice ,cooked
. 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves (Pudina), chopped
. 2 Carrots
. 4 Green Chilies, chopped
. 1 Spoon ginger garlic paste
. 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves Chopped
. Currey leaves-2 stems
. 1/4 Spoon jeera
. 1/4 Spoon mustard seeds
. Salt to taste

Method:

1) Make a mix of Mint leaves,Coriander leaves,Ginger garlic paste and salt.
2) Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add musterd seeds. when they splutter add urad daal
3) Add Chopped carrots and fry till they are cooked.
4) Add the mix which we have prepared earlier to the above oil and fry for some time.
5) Mix with the rice and add salt to taste.
6) Pudina Rice to ready to serve.
