Gajar ka Halwa


Ingredients:


. 1 kg Carrots
. 1 litre Milk
. 1 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
. 3 tablespoons Ghee
. 2 tablespoons Raisins
. 2 tablespoons Almonds
. 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts

. 1 Cup grams Sugar


Method:

1) Grate carrots and and fry them in ghee in a pan for about 10 mins.
2) Add milk and let them boil until all the milk is absorbed.
3) Now add sugar until it get melted.
4) Now garnish it with Raisins, Almonds and Cashew nuts(Roasted in ghee).


Gajar ka Halwa is readdy to eat!!!!!!!!!
