Pani Puri




Ingredients for Puri:

For puri :

. 3/4 cup sooji (upma ravva).
. 1/4 cup maida.
. 1 cup water

Method:

1) kneed suji and maida with water and keep it aside for about 1/2 hr.
2) make small round balls and make in to puri's.
3) Deep fry them till they turn in to brown color.

Now puri's are ready


Ingredients for Pani:

. 1 cup of mint leaves(make in to paste)
. 4 green chillies
. 3 tbsp tamarind pulp
. 3 tbsp lemon guce
. pepper
. salt
. black salt
. 1 tbsp of suger
. 1 tbsp chat masala
. 1 tbsp of jeera powder

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in water to get hot pani puri water.

For aloo stuffing:

Ingredients:

. Boiled batani
. Boiled potato's
. Salt

Method:

Smash boiled potato's and add boiled batani and a pinch of salt to make aloo stuffing.

Now serve pani puri with aloo stuffing along with water. you can also add onions along with pani puri.

Mouth watering pani puri is ready to serve.
