Sabudana Payasam..



Its a sweet time now.......
This is my second attempt and it came out very well.....(please don't ask me about my first attempt)

Ingredients:

  • Sabudana – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Cardamom – 4 nos
  • Cashewnuts – few
  • Badam - few
Method:
  1. Soak Sabudani in water for 3 hrs,then wash them for about 5 times until you get clear sabudani.
  2. Take water in a bowl and add sugar to it and boil until sugar melts.
  3. Add sabudana and boil for 5 more mins and add milk to it.
  4. After 10 mins add cardamom and roasted cashewnuts and badam to it and serve hot.
