Ravva Kesari...




Ingredients:
. Suji Ravva - 1 cup
. Suger         - 2 cups
. Water        - 3 cups
. Ghee          -2 tbsp
. Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
. Roasted cashew nuts
. A Pinch orange colour


Method:
1) Heat a pan and add ghee.Fry ravva for about 10 mins in sim flame.

2) Boil water and add sugar to it.Now add roasted ravva to boiling water and boil it for another 10 mins until it becomes thick.Add a pinch of orange colour.

3) Pour some ghee while it is boiling.Mix cardamom powder and roasted cashew nuts to it and take the sweet in a serving bowl.

Hot hot ravva kesari is ready to serve........
