Ingredients: . 1 Cup mashed potato . 2 ps Capsicum . 1 cup besan flour . Salt . Eating soda a pinch . Oil
Method: 1) Cut capsicum into long and wide pieces. 2) Fry Mashed potato in a pan with little oil for 5 mins and add some salt. 3) Prepare loose batter with besan flour and add eating soda and salt for taste. 4) Fill capsicum(Cut pieses) with a spoonful of cooked potato and dip the stuffed capsicum in to the batter. 5)Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Capsicum Bajji’s till they turn golden brown in color.

Ingredients: . Milk- 2cups . Rice- 1 cup . Water- 2.5 cups . Jaggery- 1 cup . Cashew nuts and raisins- 2tbsp . Ghee- 1tbsp
Method: 1. Soak the rice abt 30 minutes and pressure cook till 3 vissles. 2. Once the pressure is released, switch on the stove, add milk and let it cook for 5mts. 3. Add jaggery to it, mix well and cook abt 3mts. 4. In a pan, add ghee and fry the nuts till golden colour and add them to the sweet, Mix well.
The Sweet rice pongal or Parvannam is ready to be served.
