Pesara vada(Green gram vada)..




Ingredients:
. Pesalu(Green gram) - 1 cup(Soaked full night and make in to coarse paste ).
. 1 onion chopped
. 2 chillies
. Salt to taste
. Red chilli powder
. Coriander leaves
. Curry leaves
. Ginger Garlic paste


Method:
2) Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to the paste of pesalu.
3) Make small balls and press it to make vada.
4) Deep fry those vadas in oil.


Tasty snack is ready to serve!!!!!!
